Credits are the universal currency of AUTOBIZ. They are consumed as your AI agent processes customer conversations, sends verifications, and runs campaigns. You can top up anytime via bank transfer.
How am I charged?
Charging is completely pay-as-you-go with ultra-low, cost-effective per-message billing. You only ever pay for actual usage — your full ledger is visible in the dashboard in real time.
What's the difference between PAYG and packages?
Pay-As-You-Go lets you top up any custom amount starting from Rs. 1,000. Packages are pre-set credit bundles with higher effective capacity for growing businesses.
Do credits expire?
Package credits are valid for 30 days from activation. Pay-as-you-go credits stay active while your total wallet balance is Rs. 5,000 or more; below that threshold a 30-day validity window applies. Your dashboard always shows the exact expiry status.
Can I get a refund?
No. All credit balance purchases and top-ups are strictly non-refundable, as stated in our Refund Policy. We recommend starting with a smaller top-up or the free starter credits to evaluate the platform first.
Is there a free trial?
